Who This Applies To
This policy applies to anyone authorised to make decisions about HF2A’s activities, procurement, partnerships or publications.
Disclosure and Handling
Anyone with a personal, professional or commercial interest that could affect a decision should disclose it before the decision is made. The responsible team will handle the matter in line with applicable law, including independent review and recusal where required. Disclosures and decisions should be recorded.
Contributions and Collaborations
Contributors should disclose affiliations, sponsorship and interests relevant to their content. Attribution and any necessary disclosure will be agreed before publication. Questions may be sent to info@hongkongfaa.org.
